Whakaraupo Kura whare wananga provides kaupapa Maori Toi programmes that allow tauira to study Raranga and Whakairo through the meaning and understanding of Te Ao Maori concepts and Toi Principles.

The objectives of Whakaraupo Kura is to aspire our tauira to reach their greatest potential by utilising purakau as a vehicle to drive personal growth and development.

 

Our programmes utilises knowledge resourced by our Whakaraupo Waka kaupapa as the basis for introducing and teaching Toi Maori creative techniques that uplift the identity and cultural awareness of its tauira.

Our timetable and programmes are tailored to suit:

  • People wanting to explore a career pathway as a Toi Practitioners, Raranga and Whakairo
